Custom Option 01
Bone Easy Custom Titanium Implants.
Bone Easy utilizes a CT scan of the patient’s unique anatomy to custom fabricate a 3D printed titanium implant designed specifically for that individual. These are truly custom implants — engineered from your own scan data and built to fit only you.
Where standard implants cannot be placed due to the shape, volume, or orientation of available bone, Bone Easy creates a solution that conforms precisely to the anatomy that exists — not the anatomy that is ideal. No graft, no compromise.
"A custom implant fabricated from your CT scan — built for your anatomy, and no one else's."
- CT scan data used to design a patient-specific 3D printed titanium implant
- Truly custom — each implant fits only the patient it was built for
- Ideal when available bone does not accommodate standard implant shapes
- No bone grafting required — the implant conforms to your existing anatomy
- Enables implant treatment in cases previously considered impossible

Custom Option 02
Panthera Dental
Implant System.
The Panthera Dental Implant is a patient-customized implant system made particularly for the mandible — the lower jaw — where severe bone atrophy from long-term denture use has left little or no bone for conventional implant placement.
Patients who have worn dentures for many years often experience profound bone loss in the lower jaw. The Panthera implant is designed specifically to work with what remains — providing a path to permanent, fixed teeth even in the most severely atrophied mandibles.
In select cases, the Panthera Dental Implant can be used in combination with inferior alveolar nerve lateralization — a specialized surgical procedure that Dr. Chris has experience performing — to create space for implant placement even where the nerve position would otherwise prevent it.
- Patient-customized implant designed specifically for the lower arch (mandible)
- Indicated for patients with severe bone atrophy from long-term denture use
- Provides an answer for patients told they have no bone on the lower jaw
- Can be combined with inferior alveolar nerve lateralization when needed
- Dr. Chris Winterholler has experience in nerve lateralization procedures
- A permanent fixed solution for patients who thought it was never possible
Advanced Surgical Technique
Inferior Alveolar Nerve Lateralization
In patients with severe lower jaw bone loss, the inferior alveolar nerve may run very close to or at the surface of the remaining bone — making implant placement technically impossible without first relocating it. Inferior alveolar nerve lateralization is a precise surgical procedure that temporarily repositions the nerve, creating space for implant placement in the posterior mandible. This is a highly specialized technique that very few providers offer. Dr. Chris Winterholler has the training and experience to perform this procedure — expanding the range of patients who can receive permanent implant-supported restorations on the lower arch.
